Here is a simplified breakdown:
Put food in mouth
Chew and swallow food
Food breaks down in stomach (provided acid levels are adequate)
Broken down food enters intestines
Probiotics (good gut bacteria) eat broken down food
Probiotics “poop” out digestible vitamins/minerals, etc.
Vitamins/minerals are absorbed into blood stream (mostly in intestines)
Vitamins/minerals transported via blood stream to cells
Food goes in mouth
Artificial flavors, colors, bad fats, triglycerides, white sugar & flour, excessive meat & salt consumption, alcohol, etc. all kill off Probiotics
Vitamins/minerals poorly absorbed or non-existent
Cells weaken and die
Bad bacteria move in
Immune system is weakened, inflammation is triggered
Sickness, premature aging, viruses and degenerative disease are inevitable
